Enter the Picture Productions was founded by Lynn Harvey over 20 years ago and has produced hundreds of hours of television since then covering multiple genres. ETP recently wrapped production on the 5th season of Bahamas Life for HGTV US. Coming off that success, HGTV commissioned a new series from ETP entitled Hawaii Hunters.
Lynn was the Co-Creator and Executive Producer of The Ron James Show, a prime-time stand-up/sketch comedy series that ran for five seasons on CBC. In addition to the weekly series, Lynn and the ETP team produced nine one- hour stand-up specials with Ron which aired to record ratings. Lynn has produced Canada’s Walk of Fame, The Juno Awards (seven times), The Gemini Awards (four times), The Genie Awards (three times), CBC’s Canada Day Special – Live from Parliament Hill (ten times) and was hired by the Ontario Ministry of Tourism to produce an opening number for the Indian International Film Awards, a show seen by over 600 million people worldwide. ETP co-created and produced Buy Herself starring real estate expert Sandra Rinomato for HGTV Canada, and produced Walk the Walk, a six-part documentary series for Global. Lynn also developed and produced two series for W Network, Living Romance and Between the Sheets, and produced and directed Don’t Stand Still, a two-hour documentary which followed several women who have battled breast cancer. She also acted as a creative consultant for the 4th Annual OneXOne Benefit Gala and Concert, hosted by Matt Damon, and featuring performances from Wyclef Jean, John Legend, Russell Peters, and Nikki Yanofsky.
Other credits include: five seasons of the daily teen series Jonovision; Just for Laughs: The Colour of Funny; Sketch with Kevin McDonald, featuring the Kids in the Hall veteran and six of Canada’s best sketch troupes; the two-hour concert special Live from Rideau Hall, hosted by Governor General Adrienne Clarkson; AidScare/AidsCare, an award- winning special about teenagers and AIDS; and 25 Years of Skinnamarink, celebrating the 25th anniversary of popular children’s entertainers Sharon, Lois & Bram, for whom Lynn also co-created and produced a 52 episode series Skinnamarink TV and a holiday special entitled Candles, Snow and Mistletoe.
