Trish Neufeld, is an independent filmmaker and television director, writer, and producer, based in Vancouver BC. In 2005 she established Story Box Movies, a company committed to fostering the craft of storytelling.

Recently she directed a three-part true crime series THE REAL MR BIG (wt) set to be released by a major streamer in the fall of 2024. In 2023 she completed a premium feature documentary LULU GURU: The MAN BEHIND THE YOGA PANTS, a story detailing the rise of Lululemon and its controversial founder Chip Wilson. Released in partnership with KNOWLEDGE NETWORK, her first feature-length documentary DANCING WITH MOM, had its world premiere at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival (2023), and was awarded a LEO AWARD for BEST SCREENWRITING. Trish directed five seasons of THE NEW WAVE OF STANDUP for CBC, a show recently nominated for a CANADIAN SCREEN AWARD. She also served as Story Producer on THE AGE OF AI with Robert Downey Jr. for YOUTUBE RED, was producer on MAX STEEL: DARK RIVAL for MAINFRAME ENTERTAINMENT, and wrote, produced and directed the short doc SAVE SPACE NUGGET for TELUS. During her time in film school, directed, wrote, and produced short MI PASIÒN, earning a LEO NOMINATION and two other awards.
