Lauren is a senior manager in the Transaction Services Practice in Canada. Lauren joined the KPMG Deal Advisory team in Toronto after gaining experience with media corporate development roles in industry and at KPMG in London, UK.
Lauren has 10 years of M&A and deal advisory experience in Europe and 1.5 years in Canada. Lauren provides buy-side and sell-side due diligence services to strategic and private equity clients on domestic and cross-border transactions.
During the early part of her career, Lauren provided due diligence services to media, telecoms, publishing and events clients, and private equity investors for 7 years with the KPMG Transaction Services practice in London, UK.
Given her corporate development background, Lauren has gained hands-on experience enabling her to support clients on maximizing deal value.
